To further enhance Customer Service, TNT operates on a De-Centralized Basis. Many of our competitors use a system similar to the U.S. Postal Service or U.P.S., where everything routes through a central depot. This creates a far greater risk of misplaced or misrouted packages .With TNT, 90% of your packages are hand delivered by the same person who retrieves it. This provides far greater accountability, makes it easier to deliver within 4-8 hours, and creates cost savings that we can pass on to you, our valued customer. When you call in an order, it’s logged and a runner dispatched to the pick-up location. Again, 90% of the time that same runner will deliver the package to it’s final destination. This means only one person touches the package, beside you and your client. TNT Delivery Services has been in business for 6 years and never lost or misrouted a package.

Finally, we provide Individualized service, addressing our client’s specific needs.
